The Cloud & Web team is a small, but growing, autonomous team. We try to be as agile as possible and are continuously improving the way we work.
We’re just getting started on our cloud services and are looking for someone to help us move forward as demand for more backend services are on their way. We provide functionality for both mobile apps, web clients, smart home integrations and more. So far, most of our code is hosted as functions on AWS Lambda written in Kotlin, but we continue to experiment with different technologies.
A team player and a great communicator. Intellectually curious and innovative and eager to grow with the company. You will work on maturing and maintaining our backend services developing simple, elegant, tested, and maintainable solutions.
- Know your way around Java/kotlin or similar language in a distributed environment
- Able to keep stuff running in production. You build it, test it, deploy it, and run it
- The web and its protocols are your friends
Nice to haves
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services, configured by terraform
- Frontend web development experience
