You have solid omnichannel marketing experience and a track record of designing customer journeys with high satisfaction. At Novo Nordisk our mission is to help people living with diabetes and other chronic conditions, such as obesity. Unfortunately, these diseases affect far too many people in Norway and the prevalence increases year after year. To meet the needs of these people, Novo Nordisk develops innovative pharmaceutical agents and also has an ambition to provide high quality medical information covering both disease areas and therapy options. In 2020, this information should be available on-demand, at the hand of health care professionals whenever it is needed, and this is the basic job description for our new Commercial Innovation Lead – to facilitate the flow of information together with our great cross-functional team. We aim to fulfil our mission by providing a seamless, friction-free medical educational experience.

About the Team

As Commercial Innovation Lead you will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with a cross-functional team from marketing, sales, public affairs and medical.

The Job

You will hold a key position in our Norwegian affiliate. You will be overall responsible for a holistic customer journey, integrating all the external field activities performed by your colleagues with a best in industry digital offering. You own the development and execution of our digital strategy, and define, track and deliver on our omnichannel marketing KPIs. In addition, you are responsible for developing the commercial digital skills in the cross-functional team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need relevant educational background and minimum 3 years’ experience within omnichannel marketing, preferably in same or similar industries, i.e. pharma, biotech, nutrition, FMCG. It goes without saying that you need outstanding project management skills, but we will say it anyway – that’s how important it is.

Required languages skills: fluent Norwegian and English

The position requires some travel within Norway and some international travel. The position is based in Oslo.
