You will...

Be challenged: As we are growing at a fast pace the needs of our business change and as IT administrator you will need to adapt constantly. Together with the Enterprise Architect you will make sure that the routines and governance models are constantly evaluated and executed.

Airthings is upscaling and with growth, IT systems and architecture becomes more and more important. At present, all IT responsibilities are split between several employees, but now we want to organize the set-up in a more efficient and value generating way. We are therefore looking for an IT Administrator to take control and be the key contact within Airthings for first line support and administration of our IT landscape.

Your key responsibilities will be...

  • Administration of user licenses
  • On/off boarding of user accounts
  • 1st line support
  • Maintenance of application portfolio
  • Create and maintain product training material
  • Training material for new hires

You are...

In general, very tech interested and likes to play around with a lot of tech and different applications. You are interested in learning new technologies and you are a natural innovator that likes to work in a structured way.

You have 1-3 years of experience in IT and ideally education within a relevant field. You have good experience from 1st. line support and from IT administration. It would be a huge benefit if you have experience from process or application modelling (e.g. UML, ARIS, BPMN etc.) and some understanding of applications, SW Development and/or SW Architecture.

…And it is a big plus!

If you have experience in G-Suite, MS365, Magento, Qlik, Ardoq, HubSpot, Piesync, Intercom, project management or E-commerce.
