Be Your Best™ is an exciting start-up developing and selling a unique game based software platform for cognitive and mental performance training of football-players.

It is cross platform and works very well with VR. The goal is to improve the world`s best player’s real performance on the field. We are now moving from a 2,5 years developing phase with an in-sourced project organization and a lead developer to build a core team. When Be Your Best™ is entering the challenging commercial phase with a national football team as a first successful customer, we are looking for a sales and revenue driven CEO with the capability to build a whole new category and bring the company to be a global leader in its field.

Need to have:

  • Experience with running a business or division/department responsible for hunting revenue, while running a cost efficient operation.
  • Have a proven track record of sales success
  • An extreme driving force to succeed
  • Optimistic and positive team player
  • Masters degree (or less if you have an exceptional track record)
  • Minium 5-8 years work experience

Nice to have:

  • Marketing skills and success with growth hacking, influencers, viral campaigns and building community
  • Football background
  • Tech background
  • Lead position in a team that built a successful product and recruited a large international user base


  • Priority no 1 is revenue and users: recruit recurring paying users and active sales and business development towards partners/channels, clubs and associations
  • Run the business including product/tech development headed by lead Developer
  • Product ownership. Responsible to shape and further develop product for B2B and individuals
